* Jo enjoys researching what is really happening and then working with individuals, groups and organisations to achieve the changes they want to make in order to move forward. Many years specialising in assessment give her unique insight to individual differences and how they can be allowed to get in the way of effective performance or harnessed to the benefit of all.

Background
Before forming Glentruim Change Agents, Jo was a Partner then Director of The Keil Centre. When she joined the company it was known only for individual clinical work. She spent much time developing a strong client base in organisations and the Centre became one of the largest applied psychology organisations in the UK. Over a wide range of people development, assessment and research projects, clients expressed satisfaction at the way she understood their needs and provided creative solutions that made a difference.

Jo trained with Saville & Holdsworth Ltd (SHL), where her responsibilities included bringing in and delivering assessment, training, development and research projects. She developed her own portfolio of clients in major organisations, including pharmaceuticals, extraction, IT systems; search consultancy; local government
