The Glentruim Change Agents partnership
was formed in 2000 by Jo Cumming and Ian Hall. Working with individuals, groups and organisations, our fundamental role is to release the untapped potential in people and thus improve overall performance.
Obstacles to getting the best out of the rich potential locked away in an organisation can arise from a variety of factors:
Resistance to change - very often owing to fear and mistrust of the proposed benefits of the new initiative
Staff who feel they have got as far as they are going and have given up ideas of developing their personal contributions any further
Senior leaders and managers struggling to balance their life/work commitments
Uncertain/competitive conditions at work impeding performance
Lack of understanding as to the cause of problems
Our Solution
Our participative, creative methods enable clients to remove such blockages and also to be more agile when facing major change. Projects include:
Researching reasons for poor performance and providing strategies for change
Executive coaching and mentoring, career development
Designing and implementing learning groups and development programmes
Making the most of diversity to improve team performance
Unleashing creativity through large group interventions
Identifying ways of disseminating learning across the organisation
