The basic issue
Organisations are being seriously challenged in the current economic climate to meet tough product/service targets within a reduced resource base. Head counts are coming down and yet expectations are going up!
Because most businesses operate in uncertain/competitive conditions, the psychological contract guaranteeing organisation loyalty has disappeared, leading to skilled people being more mobile faced with tempting offers from other employers. Necessity often requires that we utilise less experienced team members on projects where they have to learn as they go because more experienced colleagues don't have the time available to provide support
The challenge is how to provide the quality of service that you and your organisation expect and require when the resources available have been reduced!
How we can help
We have worked with organisations over many years providing development support in a variety of ways. We want to change the way we work with clients to utilise more effectively the skill and experience we have built up over the years.
