* Details of Flexible Resource Scheme

This proposal provides a "Service Level Agreement" with our experienced facilitators. It consists of:
  • Four days of their time to work on critical issues in every six months
  • Ability to contact them at any time over the agreement period for advice by phone or e-mail
  • Access to material to support ongoing projects

    The questionnaire on "Ways to add value" is designed to give you creative ideas on how the time could be used - it is not definitive, but we can readily provide support for all options listed! We have already worked with organisations in these ways

    Support and back-up

    Organisations are being seriously challenged in the current economic climate to meet tough product/service targets within a reduced resource base. Head counts are coming down and yet expectations are going up!

    The costs

    The toal cost is:
  • 6 month agreement - £4800 +VAT + Travel & subsistence (4 days)
  • 12 month agreement - £9600 + VAT + Travel & subsistence (9 days)
    These prices include being able to contact the facilitator at any time over the agreement period for advice by phone or e-mail. More than one agreement can be run concurrently

    How our time can be used

    It may be most helpful to use our time remotely or working on-site - the flexibility is there to be utilised! To be sure of our availability, it will help if you schedule the actual dates required before the start of the month in which they will take place!
