Cosie Coorie (Scots for "Snuggle In") lives up to its name. While smaller than our Muckle Meadow pod, it offers a more intimate connection with the woodland. Situated just 30 metres from the main cottage yet screened by mature beech trees, it feels like a private hideaway where the wildlife comes to you.

The Space This is a true "Tiny House" experience at 15 square meters. We have optimized every inch to ensure comfort without clutter.

• Sleeping: Standard Double bed with views into the tree canopy.

• Living: Compact armchair seating and efficient central heating to keep you toasty year-round.

• Cooking: A kitchenette equipped for simple meals (2-ring hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster). Please note: Counter space is limited.

• Bathing: Private en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The Outdoors While the pod is compact, it extends into a dedicated outdoor gravel seating area. This space features a gas BBQ with unlimited gas included in your stay—ideal for cooking alfresco while watching the red squirrels in the surrounding branches.

Important Access Information Cosie Coorie is located on the lower level of the grounds, making it easier to access than the upper pod. It is reached via a gravel path from the parking area. While the walk is shorter, we still recommend practical footwear and soft luggage for ease of movement within the compact space.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
